Dukkah is an Egyptian condiment traditionally consisting of a mixture of herbs, nuts, and spices. Try our nut-free recipe served as an hors d'œuvre with bread and extra virgin olive oil. (We used Old Time Bakery’s GF pizza bases, topped with rosemary, salt and olive oil, baked for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Cook, then break into pieces and dip in olive oil and dukkah).
