Bio-Oz Buckwheat Pumpkin Bread GF
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup Bio-Oz Buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Additional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Takes , serves Makes 1 loaf.
MAKING THE BREAD
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- Separately mix wet ingredients.
- Add dry to wet and mix til combined. Mix in apple cider vinegar thoroughly and spoon into a loaf tin.
- Bake at 180°C for 50 - 60 mins.
