Bio-Oz Chocolate cake (Gluten Free)
- 1/2 cup Bio-Oz Buckwheat Flour Bio-Oz buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 150g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Takes , serves 4-6.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a well greased cake tin (13cm x 22cm) and bake in oven for 40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
