Bio-Oz Chocolate cake (Gluten Free)

Life's better with a slice of this delicious gluten free chocolate cake made with Australian grown Bio-Oz Buckwheat flour. To all those coeliacs out there - you'll never have to miss out again !!!

Bio-Oz Chocolate cake (Gluten Free)


  • 1/2 cup Bio-Oz Buckwheat Flour Bio-Oz buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 150g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Takes , serves 4-6.


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into a well greased cake tin (13cm x 22cm) and bake in oven for 40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
