Bio-Oz buckwheat is tested Gluten Free, tested Chemical Residue Free. Our flour is freshly milled and kernels are freshly dehulled from our 2018 crop. Bio-Oz buckwheat flour is a white flour with a fine black speck.

Buckwheat flour can be used for crepes, pancakes, cakes, desserts, biscuits, bread, pasta and soba noodles.
Buckwheat kernels can be used for muesli, porridge, kasha, added to bread mixes, added to biscuits, added to soups, casseroles or stir fries, milled into flour or boiled like rice and served with meat and vegetables or added to salads.
