Bio-Oz buckwheat flour is a white flour with a fine black speck.

Buckwheat flour can be used for crepes, pancakes, cakes, desserts, biscuits, bread, pasta and soba noodles.
We mill flour daily, your flour is fresh for maximum flavour and nutrition. (we don't put a long use by date on, as we think flour is best when it's fresh, but stored correctly it will last 12 months)
Our flour is roller milled with small roller mills that don't heat the flour, and our flour is not bleached.
