Bio-Oz Buckwheat Pumpkin Bread GF

Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 6 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Takes Cooking time total 50 - 60 mins, serves Makes 1 loaf.

MAKING THE BREAD

    1. Whisk dry ingredients.

    2. Separately mix wet ingredients.

    3. Add dry to wet and mix til combined. Mix in apple cider vinegar thoroughly and spoon into a loaf tin.

    4. Bake at 180°C for 50 - 60 mins.
