Bio-Oz Wholemeal Emmer Flour Bread Recipe

Many thanks to Louise Cross for this tasty Emmer Bread, can't wait to try it out!

Ingredients

Takes , serves 4-6.

Instructions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients, add water stir until well combined.
  2. Leave to rise for about 12 hours.
  3. Preheat oven and a lidded casserole/ camp oven, place dough in a hot casserole with the lid on, cook for half hour (approx) then remove the lid and cook till done (approx 15 mins), 
  4. Turned oven off leave to slowly cool in the oven ...Enjoy!
