Bio-Oz Wholemeal Emmer Flour Bread Recipe
Many thanks to Louise Cross for this tasty Emmer Bread, can't wait to try it out!
- 3 cups Bio-Oz Wholemeal Emmer Flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Takes , serves 4-6.
- Mix together all dry ingredients, add water stir until well combined.
- Leave to rise for about 12 hours.
- Preheat oven and a lidded casserole/ camp oven, place dough in a hot casserole with the lid on, cook for half hour (approx) then remove the lid and cook till done (approx 15 mins),
- Turned oven off leave to slowly cool in the oven ...Enjoy!
