Ingredients

Takes , serves 2.

Instructions

  1. Sift four and baking powder add salt.
  2. Mix rice malt syrup in the water till dissolved.
  3. Use spatula to put into lined bread tin.
  4. Cook for 1hour and 10 minutes at 170 deg fan forced bottom shelf.
  5. Put on wire rack and cool for 30-40 minutes before cutting.
