Yeast free Spelt Bread

- 3 cups Bio-Oz e3 Spelt® White or Bio-Oz e3 Spelt® Wholemeal Flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- 1 1/3 warm water
Takes , serves 2.
- Sift four and baking powder add salt.
- Mix rice malt syrup in the water till dissolved.
- Use spatula to put into lined bread tin.
- Cook for 1hour and 10 minutes at 170 deg fan forced bottom shelf.
- Put on wire rack and cool for 30-40 minutes before cutting.
